We're into week 3 already and if you read my last blog you'll know part of the reason my motivation is down!! This is the lowest class of 1st graders I've seen in a LONG time!!! My throat hurts and my ears ring at the end of the day from trying to get their attention. They just won't SHUT UP!!

Training is going well.Although there are some things that need improvement like working on my triceps and biceps and stuff.Plus,lifting heavier weights is something that I am going to have to do but fear doing because of the fear of injuring myself but other than that,my training is going great.
