What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Hills- Not only does it build strength but also endurance.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
Monday- Hills or 80min run
Tuesday- Intervals(2000m, 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 1200m, 1600, 2000m)
Friday- Intervals (5, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mintue hard sprints)
Saturday- Long run 80+
Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?

Have you got any good tips for abs. I train mine 3 times a week with weight but i have too much bodyfat to see them (11%). Also i dont know if they are big/toned or not because i cant see them? How do i get that fat down and how can i see my abs in time for summer?
