What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I don't have a specific bicep workout and I never concentrated on my Biceps. But I used to have a program where I did Concentration curls, Dumbbell curls and Barbell curls, thats it I guess.

Reverse Pushups, Pulley Triceps exercise etc.

Just calf raises, and squats I guess? Although Calves are not worked directly in Squats.
