How I Started:
My Dad turning into Godzilla while I was small and weak.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing like a good oul' training session.

Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Recover from illness
Goal (Long):
I have respect for those whose goals are just to gain size, and I have respect for those who just want to gain strength.
I am interested in achieving very high levels of both. I lift raw and want to keep it that way when I get strong. I want to do one armed pushups and chins, handstand pushups, perhaps planche pushups someday and lift heavy grippers.
I also want a large, symmetrical and lean physique.
I am not interested in being a strong blob, or an ornament.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't think about them. Not very much, but everyone makes exertional noises if they're training hard.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I train in my underwear. To boost my metabolism.
