Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Reach a 30 inch waist by April and then clean bulk.
Goal (Long): I have respect for those whose goals are just to gain size, and I have respect for those who just want to gain strength. I am interested in achieving very high levels of both. I lift raw and want to keep it that way when I get strong. I want to do one armed pushups and chins, handstand pushups, perhaps planche pushups someday and lift heavy grippers. I also want a large, symmetrical and lean physique. I am not interested in being a strong blob, or an ornament.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't think about them. Not very much, but everyone makes exertional noises if they're training hard.
