Dubzfry Trapped nerve in my back which has meant I have little control over my left arm and my back is always in pain. Fun times from working...

  • Try to keep your head up! Find small things you can advance in, even if it's just forearms, calves etc. It'll at least keep you occupied while your body heals so you can become even stronger in the longterm :-)

Dubzfry Been working so much I haven't had time to do any climbing, lifting or cadio. Feel like I'm losing what little muscle I already have :(
