thanks a lot for the comment, i appreciate it a lot. it never comes easy, i spend hours in the gym a week! although i feel like the picture is dishonest, i look way bigger then i feel! im only 150lbs!

thanks man, i plan on it! trying to get my arms/chest/traps bigger to fill out a little. my legs/abs are all set for now. i want to gain like another 10lbs between my arms, upper chest and back. id be happy at a solid 160
