Hey Toby , great progress on the 20lbs my friend !! Also saw you are starting HIT training it is very intense but if you can put the mental focus and energy into it you can make some great gains ! Thanks Bryan ! Wish we could brother but we won't be out there till the 1st week in August .. Still trying to tack down a personal training job out there been contacting worlds and golds but hard to get a hold of . And we are looking for a hardcore place to train , as I am preparing for the 2010 Sunshine State Classic . Anyways not to talk you ear off , keep killing it ! 2 weeks out bro :)

Training is off the hook man doing a new stlye which is the most intense training of my life . And I am hooking up with a new nutritionist to lead me into 2010 .
