After four months and several fits and starts, I think I may be showing a slight improvement in muscle definition. I will be focusing on getting my bench up to 315 pounds by my birthday in May Also, now that my arms have leaned down to just over 16-inches flexed, I will be working on developing a biceps peak, something that has always eluded me (my biceps have always been more long and “sausage-like” instead of rounder, peaked and baseball-like). We will see…
