Working hard to my goal (see my BodyBlog). Focusing on form. Injured my left elbow last week and am forced to lay off some, at just at six weeks out. Frustrating!

Hey, Eddie! Thanks for the compliment! I'm not where I want to be yet, but I consider myself a work in progress. By the way, back in college I was a brown belt in Go Jo Ru. My wife is also a brown in Tae Kwon Do.

Thanks , Michel! I'll post me routine as soon as I get it. I'm having some back problems, too which is interfering with my training. It’s a “trick” situation in my lower back that can come on unexpectedly if I just twist the wrong way – then I’m out for a week! X-rays and MRIs show nothing, but I’m getting tired of the problem. Need to do something.
You seem to be doing well. Best of luck with your goals!

Thanks for the encouragement, Richard! I will be receiving my training program from my trainer tomorrow and will post it. I will be initially working on leaning down, getting my body fat lower. Then I will start the strength training. I’m finding the pace of the workouts more daunting than when I was 30, but I believe I will re-train. It’s hard work, but worth it! Best to you on your program and goals!
