Not working out for a while, I had gained too much fat.
Decided to take a week off for recovery prior to my last five week push of pre-contest training. Have been hitting it pretty hard for six weeks, and my body feels like it need a slight rest. I plan to hit it again hard starting next Monday.
OK, you are where I hope to be in a year or so. You look great.
Lets show these 30+ guys a thing or two, that we are still in the running and we haver not given up.
The fact that you're 62 and still working out hard and taking care of yourself is inspiring, when most of your peers are sitting in the recliner with the remote control in their hand haha! My wife thinks I'm too old to lift weights (at 41) - I told her I'd be working out until the day I die!
