this was taken the first year i started, i had jsut gotten out of double casts for breaking both my arms and fracturing both my wrists at the same time. it was starting from less than a sedentary life style.

i hit the gym so hard for the four months leading up to this picture, every day after work i would bus for an hour and a half to get there and do my thing and bus for an hour and a half to get home eat and go to bed for work the next day. i was definately determined.

trying to bulk up and add weight on everything but i recently tweaked my back getting a light weight off the rack. i'll be fine soon but i'll keep my deadlift around 250 untill i feel in top condition. there is NO point in trying to be superman with a sore back and **** yourself up even more.

taken after a rest day, i just switched my workout schedule from a 6 day week to a 4-5 day week with cardio in between to deal with my work schedule and what it takes out of me

i have been training my legs especially the last few weeks. i love it, now if i could just get the same quality of workout and development in my back i'd be a happy framer.

i have been so sleep deprived lately, i won't quit, **** sleep who needs it anyways. i'll keep going hard as long as i can. i need to take a week of rest soon

work has put a major dent in my training but with advice from big beezy and some real tough workouts i'll get there if it kills me. no sauce jsut protien and vitimans, get there on your own steam and you'll have that much more to brag about later.

i have been having big issues getting enough rest, my lifts havent gotten any weaker, actually they have improved but my general well bieng, diet and physique are taking a hit. i will get over this rough patch as i always do

i am posing after a 2 week break and i look like ****. i feel good but i have lost what little definition i had however i am keeping on the extra solid pounds so my gains are permenant, i jsut need to do another cycle of bulk and cut- but this time around i want abs.

feeling good but still looking for bigger delt strength and size, one of the hardest for me so far but i'm working hard. i'm kindof loosing my abs but it's easy to get them back as every bodybuilder knows it's all about increasing metabolic rate, having low body fat and low level of extracellular fluid in the abdomen . an easy fix is eating small meals all day every day

from a side view my body flexed looks like i'm getting some really good progress especially compared to my first progress pic. i'm a different person now and it's not stopping here not now not ever. my goal is to be 230 pounds safely within 10 years

same weight at 180, looking for more width thickness, definition and strength in my back. i have learned that overtraining my back can cause immense pain and discomfort along with imbalances and knots. back training and rest periods are very important to get correct for a good physique

again 180 lbs working like an animal and trying to keep balanced. yoga and stretching helps me a lot, still working on my 400lb deadlift
