i have a lot of respect man, cancer is no small thing to overcome. sometimes it takes something like that to begin the journey towards excellent health and overall fitness, and the longest journeys all start with one step, look at how far you have come. i started after being addicted to drugs for many years, i always look back with gratitude towards my new found friends and hobby keep up the good work man, your an inspiration

i have been sick for 3 weeks so i had to take this week off to let my body concentrate on killing the cold but i also haven't taken a week off in almost 8 months. i took the week to plan a powerlifting routine, i'm training for calgary strongman this summer at a new gym so that looks promising and teh lifts are coming along pretty well. what are your goals bro?

legs are a favorite of mine, your progress looks great so far! keep working hard and you'll be shredded for sure, just try to keep the meals frequent, high in protein and fiber and one thing i find helps is to use complex carbs like brown rice and lentils. 6 medium sized meals a day keeps your metabolism revved up and keeps the body burning fuel.

my workouts are hard and heavy as usual, i have been changing my diet to include more complex carbs as i find bread really bloats my body. i had a question for you, do you utilize periodization as a part of your training regimen? i believe i am sabotaging my gains and health in general by going too heavy too often and if i can get my rest periods figured out i think things would go a lot better

i actually did gain quite a bit of strength, after i had finished the program i got really sick and out of good shape and lost alot of it but i'm actually doing some powerlifting type protocall for certan exercises, and it was alot like the program you had given to me, 10 sets of 5 as heavy as you can handle, 3 mins between sets. it killed my tri's that's for sure. i'm healing also from a groin injury so wish me luck!

it is a brand nane "wild rose" i believe. in my city you can find it at all kinds of health foods and supplement stores like GNC and the naturopath type ones. i'm long overdue actually so i'm starting one in the next week here. i always feel so much better after. and it totally changes the way you view healthy food and nutrition
