jsut finished another cycle of isolation, time to do some destabilization and powerlifting

just eating my daily oatmeal an flax with a power meal replacement shake and my 3.6.9. ohmega fats. cleaning my liver as well,i feel great!

i jsut ate 2 and a half steaks, 5 potatoes and 4 cups of broccoli an 10 grams of glutamine after breaking a PB squatting 240 for 3 reps.

i hurt my back again and it turns out i had to go to the chiropractor for the first time. my spine is curved like an S. i need therapy

one more week of push and pull and it's time to deload and switch up. possibly upper lower push pull 4 day splits. sounds fun!

the training has been so intense and frequent that my fore arms and calfs are cramping and tense. i guess i need a massage or somthing

my car broke down so i been rideing my bike all over the city. it's doing my cardiovascular strength good

i am slowly getting used to the new program. push and pull are the protocol but practice makes perfect
