How I Started:
i broke both of by arms and fractured both of my wrists at the same time and i was out of commission for about a year, once i got the casts off i looked in the mirror and i hated myself so i started going to the gym every day i could. it helped me overcome drug addictions to the worst kind of street drugs and i do believe it has saved my life. every day is now a blessing to me.
Why I Love It:
because of the rush you get from pushing weight you have never been able to push before, the self improvement aspect of it and the dicipline it forces you to develop, and the influence it has had on my family to get active and become more health consious.

Drywall_Paulis inspired by the_pupil. Reason: "men that lift like this are absolutely amazing, it is years of dedication, sacrifice and training along with lots of food that make them abl... "
this was taken the first year i started, i had jsut gotten out of double casts for breaking both my arms and fracturing both my wrists at the same time. it was starting from less than a sedentary life style.
from a side view my body flexed looks like i'm getting some really good progress especially compared to my first progress pic. i'm a different person now and it's not stopping here not now not ever. my goal is to be 230 pounds safely within 10 years
i want to show people that you can take your self and your life and turn it around, and that any average person has potential. my personal goal is to be able to deadlift 450, bench 200+, and squat 300.
men that lift like this are absolutely amazing, it is years of dedication, sacrifice and training along with lots of food that make them able to transform themselves into human carjacks, i am training to compete in calgary strong man and this really inspires me to reach for my goal and never give up. and such a humble name as well, the pupil
this man is a testiment to the fact that no matter how old you are it's never too late to start exercising, and not only start exercising but become a beast of a bodybuilder. props ol superman, you kick ass!
Thanks bro..I appreciate that man..I am actually on the final week of my bulk..I should be about 175 lbs and 5% in 12 weeks..Sitting at 207 and 13% right now..
Steve
training here has been great. been seeing and feeling the progress everywhere...especially my legs. still gotta work them harder but they are not small like they used to be.
Thanks alot man, training has been going well! It's more challenging this time of year because I always have lots of snow shoveling to do besides my training, LOL! How are your workouts going?
Groin injury, ouch! Too bad about your illness, but I'm sure the strength will come back quickly. At least I've found the powerlifting style workouts are good for quick gains in both strength and mass (your tris will be filling up your shirt sleeves in no time). Keep up the great work and good luck!
Cool dude . I have a bud at GNC who can get me a discount so I will ask him to pick up the wild rose cleanse for me. could you give me the exact name of the cleanse again . I lost the paper that had the details written on it. Thanks !
I had heard of all these cleanses but wrote them off as a scam. but your the 5 person in a year to suggest it to me and your a credible source and trustworthy person in my book so I will try it. Is wild rose the company or the scent? where can I get it?
Your welcome to the prayers anytime . I have decided to focus on serious cutting of bodyfat and maintaining my mass. Gonna up my runs/swims to 6 days a week and bodyweight exercises 3. I want to get tight and have a six pack
thank for the advice. looking at your progress pics, your first one is what my body looks like now (sort of). the only thing that i need to do i stay motivated. any suggestions on that?
hey bro , sorry to hear your stressed ? whats going down? keep pushing it in the gym bro. I am gonna post new pics and stats soon I look forward to your commentary
