Weight is up. Leaness is maintained. Pushups are plentiful. Feeling positive!

Repair not going well - caught chest cough/infestion in hosptial. Oh, the irony. Healing is VERY SLOW.

Been in hospital for a week with colitis again. Really hit me hard this time. Need time to repair.

70KG x 20 yesterday, Mental warfare with the weights. Weight gain is slowing. How can 4500-5000 calories a day NOT put on weight?

Left hip was really painful this morning - could barely walk - but cleared up by the evening; it knew I NEEDED to squat!

No medication. Colitis is finally beginning to clear properly. I AM trying something new. Let's hope it keeps working.

No medication. Colitis has settled but still causing me pain and concern. Wanting to grow but am I well enough?

Colitis still there, but starting to ease off WITHOUT the meds. Hoping this continues. Once well, I can start to think about growing.

Cold has been and gone but colitis is still dangerously active. Seeing specialists Friday.

Nausea has abaited since stopping medication, but health is still ropey. Time will tell.
