i was a chubby 140. Ran alot and dropped to 105. TOO SKINNY. Started lifting and got to a kind of fat 145. Then i stopped working out for a few months and dropped to 125...
Why I Love It:
Throughout the day I think about what im going to do, and then i go do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I know that one day, if I keep up with it, I will have an awesome body.

I am glad to say that my finger seems to be all healed up. I am now able to use better grip on all of my exercises, so my strength is slowly but surely going up.
now im doing pretty high volume workouts, everything is hit hard once per week except arms and traps which may be done twice... I go until i cant go anymore or until i run out of time

yep, but its really only limited to whatever you're willing to do. I get in 7-8 meals a day, and thats with school along with football/wrestling practices. I'll eat at least a couple of meals during/immediately after school (not counting lunch). If you're cool with the teacher it shouldn't be a problem, or you can at least try and do it on the sly, lol.
Eat a lot of food and get a good weightgainer or protein source with a lot of calories. That especially helps when you can't get as much food in during the day if you are busy.
Well I would suggest doing splits. Like chest and tris and back and bis. And then do a seperate arm day in the same week. Make sure you do different excercises everytime you train or at least switch it up a bit.
When I'm bulking I do arms really heavy and not as many reps also stick to bulk excercises like straight bar curls, dumbell curls, etc. Then when you cut more reps with defining excercises.

Routine is as follow
4 sets barbell curls
3 sets dumbell curls
3 set palm in pull up (close grip)
3 set palm out pull up (close grip)
4 set skull crushers
4 set close grip bench press
3 set cable push down back against rest to isolate triceps.
I usually work triceps with chest and biceps with back and keep all my workouts just under 1 hour, as an ectomorph i try very hard to keep my diet in check as well.

Believe it or not, but the puny body in my first "before" picture was itself a *vast* improvement over what I had become after two years in a corset. That's why I took a picture, at the time: because I was proud of my comeback. I still am, actually, even though not any longer of the picture itself. :oP
Anyway, if you do wanna go the "quick" route...I'll hook you up with some online legit suppliers...ones you don't ever hafta worry about getting ripped off. Myself along with many of my boys in the Marines have been using these guys for years never with any problems. And if you educate yourself and use them responsibly...you can have the body you want in months rather than years. Talk about chicks all the sudden beating down your door and ripping your clothes off. haha.
You asked about any tips. Honestly bro, when I was your age I weighed about 130lbs. I was a small little ****er. Nothing I did made me gain much. So my advice for real, eat a ****load more, stack protein and creatine at least once a day. And I don't know if your really old enough yet because believe it or not your body is still maturing...but I used steroids to get me to 185lbs a couple months ago.
