Drop body fat, and gain lean mass. It's a long hard road, and I've got a good map
Goal (Long):
Cleaning up my diet, and making myself accountable for not reaching my goals. No one else is responsible. Lifting and writing down my progress. I want to drop down to 9% body fat, and gain around 10 lbs. of lean mass.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
It all depends. If I go after work, I strive for that last bit of energy to make my work out count. If it's before work I started taking a Guarna pill, and I listen to metal!

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
I know this sounds a little corny, but after watching G.I Joe, I realized that I need to get my ass in gear! I've wanted to get back to my fit level from my Navy days, and I've just been slackin. Nothing seemed to keep my focused. But now I finally see that I'm the only one holding me back....
