Drop body fat, and gain lean mass. It's a long hard road, and I've got a good map
Goal (Long):
Cleaning up my diet, and making myself accountable for not reaching my goals. No one else is responsible. Lifting and writing down my progress. I want to drop down to 9% body fat, and gain around 10 lbs. of lean mass.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
It all depends. If I go after work, I strive for that last bit of energy to make my work out count. If it's before work I started taking a Guarna pill, and I listen to metal!

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
I've had to take some time away from the gym, and it had it's ups and downs. I broke my wrist back in 2003, and since then I've had some problems with it. It'll flare up and I won't be able to really do anything lifting wise with it for about 2 weeks. It sucks. That was the down side to it....
