How I Started:
I started in high school working out for sports. I would say I really started this year.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you have after your workout. I sense of being tight, tired but feeling like you have accomplished something. I love seeing the changes your body goes through and the proof that your hard work is paying off. Being motivated and working hard in the gym transforms to other parts of your life. It is great therapy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get motivation from reading articles and looking at magizines. I also have pictures on my wall that I can look at to remind me of my goals.

I have always been athletic and I didn't want to get too big because I was afraid it would affect my natural abilities for sports. I have always worked out through the years mainly because I had to through various sports. Now I am at the point that I want to workout! I have always wanted to have a bigger physique but I never worked hard to get it. Now that I am enjoying going to the gym I really want to put forth effort to obtain the body I want. I would like to be around 190lbs. with 8% body fat.

Day 52 of my 75 day transformation! Well it’s been a little while since I’ve posted because I have been really busy with the holidays and getting back in shape for baseball! Everything is still going very well and I like my progress. For a while I was not thinking I was changing that much...

Impressive progress Drew. You are looking much happier in the latest pics....I wonder why. Nice chest definition and you are not far from showing some abs, keep eating clean and working out hard. Definitely see great improvement in the bis/tris. Keep it up man, you are doing an incredible job.

No, we didn't get to go to worlds. We had too many guys not being able to go. Yeah, it sucks that we don't get to hit homeruns. I there should be 3 classes. A, B, and C. A would be open, B gets 5 homeruns, and C gets 3..that's how I would do it anyway.

Awesome! I have actually played E. I hate it, because if you hit a homerun you don't get to bat the rest of the game. I did that 4 times this year. Did you play in the Major Open in Columbus, Indiana this year?
