When I Started:
Jul, 2002
How I Started:
Started training for football, then realized I can make training a sport.
Why I Love It:
Its a way of life, not everyone can do it and for the few that can its a brotherhood and a challenge for yourself to see how you can modify your body to be in the best shape of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself that when I step in stage all of my training pays off. I also just want to say thanks to the best trainer ever Ben Hartman (www.benhartman.com)he is the reason why I have the trophy sitting in my room.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far, hopefully in March I'll have the Northern Kentucky and Natural Ohio Teen Light-Heavy Weight title.
This is me still at 14 percent bodyfat. My outside biceps arent very good right now due to the fact that my biceps sit on the inside of my arm more than the outside.

Goal (Long):
As of now I want to put on a good amount of lean mass for the 2009 Natural Ohio. I won Teens and placed 6th in Juniors in 2007. My goal is to get the top 5 in Juniors and Men's light-heavy weights. I think that with another year of training and offseason dieting I can get a good amount of mass and keep a leaner frame which would allow me to come into the show in 2009 with better conditioning. As of now I am 19 and with another year of muscle maturity I think that my goals could be reached in 2009.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
Upcoming Contest:
2009 Natural Ohio Bodybuilding and Figure Championship
Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
What weight are you thinking of competing at? Are you working to bring up any certain bodyparts or just getting overall size?
Keep pushing that envelope.
Just dropped in to see how my favorite 19 year old bodybuilder is doing and how his training is coming along. Have you changed workouts? Set any new personal bests? Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be and I will keep enjoying watching your progress. I wish you much success.
The offseason is where progress and improvements are made, so enjoy! The Ohio is not tested and the INBF Nationals is tested. After these shows, I too plan on taking off maybe a year to grow more.
Get eating and put some lean mass on man! Things are going great! I actually started dieting again 3 days ago for the Ohio State and INBF Nationals shows. I should come in a little bigger and better conditioned, then I will take some time off.
You are to be commended for what your golas are and how you are living your life. When a lot of young lads your age are out doing wrong things or sitting around gettin' fat you have dedicated your life or at least the next few years to getting into fantastic shape.
Congrats to you and I wish you nothing but success.
Got to see ya at the NPC Natural in Lakewood... Great showing!!! The group next to us were cheering hootin' and hollarin' for ya...lol Great job... Your calves were the best in the show, seriously... Keep up the great work!!
Hey brother... I am doing the best I can, thanks! THE FORUM WILL BE BACK UP SHORTLY, YOU HAVE MY WORD, ***Better than EVER TOO!!!*** -Aaron R. Smith, CESO
