I'm never on here anymore! lol... Progress is slow but steady right now. I can't seem to eat enough to keep gaining weight. Stuck at 230 at 7% BF or so. Hope you're doing well!

Wow when you bulk you seriously bulk! It's crazy how much difference in weight you can fluctuate when you're bulking vs contest prep. How far from your contest? PS... My bulking never goes above 10% BF lol =( I'm a very hard gainer... Guess that has it's good points too though. Can't wait 'til I hit 250+ so I can start thinking about contests.

Training has been going well! Had to take 3 weeks off for vaca and to let a new tattoo heal.. that was ****ty. Just got back into the gym to start the gain cycle again! Trying to hit 250 or so at my current BF (or at least below 10%) How are things for you my man?

Yeah it was kinda depressing that I had to force myself to stop lifting. My knees haven't been doing so well lately. It was time for a break haha.

Ha. I haven't been eating much over christmas break... but I still feel small. Need to get back in the gym once I get home next tuesday or wedesday!

I learned to do things RIGHT from the get go. Don't just work certain body parts, do the entire body. Secondly, keep your diet and sleep habits in check. Lastly, progression and determination are key. Lift on a constant schedule and don't give up. Good luck!

Ray! I got a few crappy update pictures up for purposes of before vs after on this new product for vascularity. BTW, what do you do for calves? Or are your calves naturally gifted. Mine have come a long way since I started training them, but they don't look too defined or bulky unless I actually flex them. I do a lot of stuff for them too.

I finally got 3 update pics in for the "before" pictures on my PlasmaJet trial. Lighting was shitty though... Didn't take any good close up pictures yet for vascularity. Cant wait til I hit 250 so I can stop bulking.. HA. Hope things are going well!
