When I Started:
Jul, 2002
How I Started:
Got a bowflex from dad for a gift and started using that to lift. Turned it into a competition against a friend of mine to see who could become bigger.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me in a positive mind frame, healthy, gains respect from others and overall improves my lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at others more cut and bigger than me and strive to be THE BEST. Not to mention it's a game against yourself. YOu can ALWAYS be bigger and better, so its a never ending battle.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 150lbs to 227lbs (over 4 years) @ less than 10% BF all year long. Also I have taken no testosterone or phoromone products to get what I have gained.

This was taken the year I started working out when I was a freshman in highschool.
So here's my dilemma. I'm 21, and have wanted to compete in natural competitions here in the midwest US for the last two years. I want to be completely proportional and have enough mass before I do one, though. I seem to have hit a brick wall on mass, and I can't seem to gain any more muscle...
So far things are good. Cutting back a little bit for now to give my body a rest from the bulk. Just wore me out pushing that many calories all the time. How's by you?
WTF#$%^&*!? are you off on another vacation boi?!! It seems that every time I visit your page you're going on holidays, taking a break, too busy with school/job - when do you actually workout - in your dreams? :)
pretty good man, the new pics should turn out good, huh? I hurt my shoulder so i'm gonna take it easy, but keep up the running, that works out fine anyway cuz i'm trying to cut anyway.
Hmmm... well I was going to post an update shot for you - but when I saw your progress, I did not want to discourage you with my massive increase in ripped lean muscle in the last 6-8 weeks :D
hey dude, thanks for checking in :) everything's going pretty well. i got my knees healthy so, i'm running again which is helping a lot to trim down my BMI. got a laptop so i've been nerding out with that, lol. that's about it. i think i got some new pics too that i'll post. give me an update on you!!!
sweet, sounds like a fun week-end! I have to work :( for training, i've been on hydroxycut for a bit, but i cycled off it cuz i'm still getting fat. haven't been able to do cardio for awhile cuz of a knee injury. so training is pretty stagnant for the moment. how about you?
Hi Brian, hey hang in there! Try to find a balance and set priorities! Take things one step at a time and don't burn out. And don't worry, I'm here to kick your buttski if you slack off ;)
