In November 2005 I realized I had lost weight while gaining fat. I decided it was time to do something about it. I fixed my diet and started working out in February at my school. Starting weight was 140-141 lbs @ around 20% fat.
Why I Love It:
I'm in control of my body. You get results that are directly related to what physical activities you do and the food you eat.

My current goal is to gain 1 lb per week at a maximum of 25% fat. Every 5th week is a cutting week to eliminate any fat gains. Every 11th week is an off week.
Wow, buddy! You're gainin weight QUICK!!! A coule weeks ago you were 10 lbs less than me, now I've only got 5 lbs on ya!!!!! I saw ya got that new log too. I subscribed. I'm curious to see how those almost pro hormone products work. I'll probably never chance it with those supps. Plus they're freakin expensive! Good luck with them though. I start my cut on Mon by the way! I'm hopin to actually get ripped this time!
