Wanted to lose weight, increase muscle. & drop BF.
Why I Love It:
Great sense of accomplishment that I feel after training hard. And it doesn't hurt to look halfway decent in a tiny bikini on the beach too. *-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Grateful for everyday I have on this earth. Always striving to be better than I was yesterday. Always look forward, never behind. Want my daughter to have a positive "real-life" role model she can look up to and know that once you put your mind on something to work hard and just go for it!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 41lbs. & reducing 12% BF in 7 months. Running my first 4-5K's and now moving on to 10K's this coming year.

On a routine visit for a yearly physical to my doctor's recently, it was discovered that I have an "enlarged thyroid".  My doc sent me in for an ultrasound which revealed that I have a large nodule that's half the size of my thryoid on one side and another nodule that's half of the...
