	DAS JETS [ View Profile ] Dec 19, 2006 9:01pm In the forum (http://forum.bodybuilding.com /showthread.php?t=694992&a mp;pa ge=3), you wrote on 2/22/06 that you've been using AST VP2, and were about to start Optimum's 100% Whey. I was considering doing the same switch because of the cost difference, what do you think? I was concerned about going from an isolate to a concentrate.
