I was too ashamed of this pic to post when I first created my bodyspace. It is a great one year pic....I did this in one year I cant wait to see what I can do in two!!!
Again really happy with the progress Ive made in three years. Looking back I guess I knew from the start what I could do. Even better is I know what is about to come. Its been 3 years give me 10!!!

I had started to train almost everyday. At the time of this picture I was 190lbs 16" arms and chest my was growing out of control 43". I started realize how easy it was for me to build my pecs. I was missing only one thing abs!!!..... This picture is one of my favorites.

15.25" arms. I was surprised by how big I looked in this picture. Muscle definition and separation had became an important part of my training. I was starting to learn a lot about the importance of over all body proportion.

I was gaining size like crazy. Chest, arms, and shoulder were growing and gaining mass. It wasnt complete I wanted more definition to go with my newly gained mass.

I wanted abs I wanted an insane amount of definition that over all rock hard bodybuilder look. 187lbs, 6'1", 15.5" arms, 44" chest, 31.5" waist 4% body fat. I had been cutting body fat for about a month and training twice a day. This was the results....

16.5" arms. After just 9 months of weight training I have gained 3" on my arms. Gains that are hard to match!!! I have met one of my first goals in bodybuilding to have big arms. I am very satisfied with my gains in such a short period of time. What I will leave you with is this "In one year from now."

This year has been hell. I have had extrem highs and lows so low that I never felt anything like it before. I have been through it all. Been on top and seen the true rock bottom. Everything that could have happened has happened. I have gone days without sleep weeks without enough food. So many hard times I went num. I couldnt thinking about it. Lost my girl. It would not have been war without it;)... I pushed on every chance I got I worked out to feel alive to forget to trade one pain for another a better kind of pain..
