When I Started:
Feb, 2006
How I Started:
I have always been into sports and physical fitness. In high school I ran track, x-country, and played basketball. I set many track records including my school record that still stands. After high school I was sick of being 140lbs and started lifting weights. I never took weight lifting too serious until the past few months. Now that I have been deployed to Iraq it is the only thing that is keeping me sane and feeling good about myself.
Why I Love It:
When I have 250 pounds on my chest I am not thinking about anything but lifting it back off my chest.(2006) I love getting big... then bigger and then even bigger.(2008)
How I Stay Motivated:
Im always working on the money makers..jk jk

Again really happy with the progress Ive made in three years. Looking back I guess I knew from the start what I could do. Even better is I know what is about to come. Its been 3 years give me 10!!!
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Im really a highly motivated person so it doesnt take much to get me going. I love the pump and slipping into the zone when I am weight training. Just thinking about that feeling really motivates me.
