Hey what sup dude. I havent talked to you in awhile and i guess you stopped working out for alil while? Looking at your pics it looks like you gained your body back very fast, the 1.5 week pic was amazing. your very lucky you rbody rebounded that fast. I stopped working out for 4 months and i gained about 15 lbs back, and i feel gross. Well i hope your work outs are going well. Hit me up sometime. scooby71602@aol.com
