Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Over the next year, I want to improve my overall physical conditioning.
Goal (Long): I have been working out aimlessly for a few years. I have made little improvement Ultimately, I want to develop a better version of my body. So this year, I have decided to figure out a solid workout plan, so that I can workout on a consistent basis. This way I can gain muscle and strength in one year.

always been lean but has taken ages to build some size in them. Been training for about 3 years but never really did alot of ab work till recently
