How I Started:
I First started lifting some weights when I was in the 9th grade for Football. Wish I had stuck with it then! Just picked it up again for good in March of 2007.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body changing and evolving into something way better than it has ever been. It makes me feel good about myself and gives me so much more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the video's and reading articles on the bodybuilding.com website. Also having people noticing that i'm changing and how hard I had to work to get there.
BB Accomplishments:
70 lb. fat loss!

Actually I am down 70 pounds since I gave birth to my daughter. I'm stalled out around 198...those last pounds are a real bugger I tell ya. But I have enjoyed watching the little changes start to take shape. It's encouraging!
