Jdaniels122190 Yea just follow it if u do the cardio twice a day like he said u should be good. I got real lean the first time around the other time I did the program I was eating around 4000 cal a day so I gain a little fat but not much. This program isn't really a bulk gaining program. JasonJNagy Hey thanks for the add. No I didn't see any fat gains in the stomach area on DTP. Gethin is pretty strict with his diet and as long as you are following his diet program as close as possible, you shouldn't have any issues. Diet is key and has the biggest impact on how your abs and stomach looked. Nov 6, 2012 8:59pm

Drew522 Just finished Kris's 12 week trainer and had seen some great results. I am now moving into DTP as today is Day 1! From the experience in the bodyspace group, is there a way to follow the meal plan/workout/supplement exactly how Kris has designed and not gain fat over the stomach area. I was so happy with the direction I was headed after the twelve weeks, so if there was a way to keep the stomach headed toward better abs and do DTP please please let me know. Thanks all! kubali To answer your question about the 6 weeks left. YES! The last 6 weeks I feel like is the most important. Really commit to it and youll see awesome results.
