Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Increase mass and then add definition.
Goal (Long): I want to look for ripped, but ultimately gain some mass too so I can put more behind my punches and kicks in my Kung Fu practice. Gaining 15-20lbs would be a huge achievement - don't think my weight has changed more than 5 lbs in the last 13 years, except for the summer months when my job causes me to lose 10-16lbs in 3 months. That weight usually comes back by January, but I have never tried to add muscle mass. Where do I start?
