When I Started:
Sep, 2006
How I Started:
I was a skinny small kid, but got into gymnastics and acrobatics at about 8 years old. Always been athletic since then and this was a natural progression.
Why I Love It:
Seeing results. Gives me a reason to need to take care of myself in other ways, like diet. But I don't love it, not yet. I love the results, man there's nothing like that, but the work is a pain some days and I don't want to work-out, until I force myself to start. Then one or two sets of whatever and feeling the burn, it motivates me to do more - then it becomes more fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results and feeling better. Staying in shape and strengthening my core as well as my will helps me with my kung fu. When I want to stop, it's a challenge; when I don't it's a victory. I don't want to fall into the normal assumption that you have to lose athletic shape as you get older. I'm not old enough for that.
BB Accomplishments:
Just keeping going for a while.

I want to look for ripped, but ultimately gain some mass too so I can put more behind my punches and kicks in my Kung Fu practice. Gaining 15-20lbs would be a huge achievement - don't think my weight has changed more than 5 lbs in the last 13 years, except for the summer months when my job causes me to lose 10-16lbs in 3 months. That weight usually comes back by January, but I have never tried to add muscle mass. Where do I start?
hey man hope you will add me to your mutual friends list. your physique progress really motivates me and I would like very much to follow your progress and learn from you what you did so well.

Drew, you state that you only weigh 136lbs. That's amazing! You look a lot bigger. An Awesome Physique for only 136. Keep it lean, ripped, and symmetrical. Good luck.
