What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
My shoulders are shot to hell. Overhead work as heavy as I can stand it with a bar, log or fat bar. Never use DBs for heavy overhead work.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
Which ones do you use?
Glucosamine, Fish Oil, Valerian Root

stick with the 3 training days per week and just rotate the four different training days. so it might take you 8 days to complete your training cycle but this will allow you to rest more and avoid over-training with heavy weights.
