My overall goal is to be able to run down a large woodland creature and then rip it apart with my bare hands. But for now I'll settle on a 4 month goal of Benching 285, Squating 400 and gaining about 10 LBS of solid mass.

Background

When I Started: Feb 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I've been on again off again lifting since high school. This last time started on this deployment back in February. Hope this time the habit sticks.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Keeps me from beating stupid people and keeps me from getting depressed.

laethora I know what you mean.. only 2 days since my peanut butter binge and Im having a 'carb up day'... goal is to increase time to 5-6 days. Low carb makes me so angry and irritable and sleepless. And physically sick. Haha.. sorry having a real moan right there :) x Jan 31, 2012 10:25am
