I always enjoyed working out however my diet was poor. I was tired of admiring other people and just wanted to feel comfortable in "my own skin".
I didn't consider myself "thick" just not comfortable to wear a bikini and that bothered me ALOT.
Why I Love It:
I feel great as I'm kicking butt in the gym. I relieve stress, and feel euphoric.. I loveee it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My bikinis... LOL
I visit them weekly!
BB Accomplishments:
losing 15 pounds on pure exercise, dieting. Lotss of water intake.

HI! I'm trying to gain muscle but I also wanna look to lose fat. I'm looking for a protein shake that is high in protein and low in fat & carbs.. Whats better Whey protein or Soy protein??
