I've done some sports all my life, so i've never been particularly out of shape. I was lazy in high Shcool and never got involved in a sport and Gained about 35 pounds. Kinda nasty and My Mind. So I really wanna lost that and make some muscl since I've always been a skinny alnky kinda guy. Any Encouragement, or ideas or help or anything really would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm working on getting a gym membership at the moment, but I'm swamped with life. My only equipment at this moment are a pair of 15 lb. dumbells, an excercise bell, some household items, and the step on my porch, so and advice or help Would be LOVED!!

How I Stay Motivated:
Because I have to look at myself in the mirror and I take a sense of pride in that plus the compliments are good for my low self esteem

haha, great sense of humour. I can relate to being camera shy. Had to get past that real quick when at my night show, over 3000 people were in the audience. though i got over my self conciousness a unique way that i cant repeat here lol.

Though I feel I lost alot of my leanness when I hit 30 and had my back injury. that was tough with no serious gym for so long. can't wait to see more pics of you sometime!
