I run alot, I'd like to run a few marathons. Im trying to become a personal trainer I'd also like to enter a few competions (amatuer). I want to soak up as much knowledge about nutrition,mucle growth etc. I honestly have a real desire to know it all when it comes to exercise nutrion and the human body. I'm gonna be the face of this sport ina few yrs. I have a long way to go,but nothing is going to get in my way

Winter is pretty much hereĀ  . For the past 3-4 weeks i've been working out at home. I've been having some great workouts, really intense. My mental status is stronger than ever ( at least when it comes to BB) I dont know how butĀ  intensity lvls are skyrocketing. I'm really not that mad. I guess...
