I run alot, I'd like to run a few marathons. Im trying to become a personal trainer I'd also like to enter a few competions (amatuer). I want to soak up as much knowledge about nutrition,mucle growth etc. I honestly have a real desire to know it all when it comes to exercise nutrion and the human body. I'm gonna be the face of this sport ina few yrs. I have a long way to go,but nothing is going to get in my way

As long as I have been doing this I have never really paid attention to any of the "phases". Due to my really inconsistant diet i have done most of the phases not knowingly... Lol! Now is the time, i think by doing these phases it will help me to be more consistant w/ my diet and...
