I started in high school because I wanted to be strong and ready to go for a particular sport. Ever since then I want to look like Jamie Eason after I get out of college. But until then I can only do work outs that get me lean and cut.
Why I Love It:
I love it because, I love how it makes my body. I hate body fat, and love muscle. So I want to get the body I know I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think I have an adrenaline addiction!!! So I work out and run and lift because it makes me feel better. ha...
I want to lose fat around my thighs and stomach. I want to get my abs back the way they used to be.
Goal (Long):
I've been really determined to get a good body. I have a good body, but it's not good enough for my own standards yet. It's really hard to get when I am playing a sport which requires a lot of weight cutting. But I am determined in the summer to gain some muscle in replacement, but not gain too much weight because of the sport I play. So by the end of the summer I want to lose about 5 pounds and be cut again. I just really want muscular lean thighs with abs! ha...
Hi Drea! Thx 4 the pic comment...Yeah, I know my legs are skinny..I've been working hard on my legs, squats, lunges.. hopefully I will gain sum mass in my quads soon...you luk great. Keep up the good work!
Damn, that sucks! I got some faulty joints and I'm inclined to believe I tore something in my shoulder, as well. You should consider keeping a log in the injury section of the forum. What's the estimated recovery time for your surgery?
