Workout Program:
My workout consists of bodyweight exercises. I do one Push movement (dips, push ups), one Pull movement (pull ups), 1 leg exercise (lunges, squats), 1 ab movement (vacuums, ab tightening).

I also do burpees. If you honestly want to lose weight fast and get your conditioning up, do burpees. To me, it's the perfect grappling exercise, since burpees target all the major muscles you use to shoot in to take your oppponent down, or if you're on the defense.
