Back view (obviously!). As I said before, take a good look, cause in a few months, it's gonna be different!
Lots more work to be done, but I'm up for it. With the grappling contest coming in Mar-Apr, this pic gives me motivation to get my ass in gear. Literally, haha!

Hmm, looks like I need to do more pullups, but it's getting there. Oh, and more Hindu pushups! Those are good for the back. :)

Doesn't look much of a difference to me, but I feel lighter, more agile, and more clear-headed. Very vital things when you're doing grappling.

Well, last progress pic before 09. To me, this is a good gage of where I'm at right now, since my arm injury.
