Both my father and my uncle weightlift, and I sorta just got into it.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy it mostly because of what I get out of it. Of course you always get attention from the females, but I like looking in the mirror and saying "Damn I look good"
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm just a self driven person. I can find motivation though myself saying that I want it, or just the fact of what comes after the work.

None so far, Just trying to do the best I can.

This is something I really want to change, not too much of a gut, but def. bodyfat present
I don't have a REAL overweight or obese problem, but I do want to be as healthy and lean as possible. My genetics keep me big, so mass is just another thing to work on, cuttings to the largest size possible is my goal.
