I don't have a REAL overweight or obese problem, but I do want to be as healthy and lean as possible. My genetics keep me big, so mass is just another thing to work on, cuttings to the largest size possible is my goal.
Man, you're 18. Its harder to gain than it used to be? If I were that young, I'd just say change the training and eat more. These days, I tell myself change the training, rest more, and eat better.
