New year, new goals, fresh start. Knee back in good condition, and motivation is sky high! Goal of 200lbs by 06/30/09!
Goal (Long):
Long term goals are to achieve 9-10% body fat while maintaining a weight of 195-200lbs. I want to have muscle definition, along with some mass fitting for my height.

what up bro..yeah, i think ill compete this year, im not sure when tho..just trying to focus on photoshoots right now and staying lean..so the comps will come easy when i decide..

Hi!i am OFFICIALLY going to do the SNBF in July. i even hired a trainer to help guide me so i can get that stage ready bod! i am really excited. i tried doing it on my own with no avail. But having someone who actaully knows what they are doing is so refreshing! Right now were going to focus on muscle building and then start dieting closer to comp. I am really excited, i cant wait to see how my body changes! i will post pics as i progress!!
