How I Started:
For years I struggled with an eating disorder...yoyoing from 118lbs-135lbs, I was completely unhappy and unhealthy. 3 years ago I was admitted into a rehabilitation out-patient clinic to treat my ED and have steadily packed on the pounds over the last three years. This past new year I had to take a long hard look at myself and I found bodybuilders.com. For the first time I am working toward a weight loss goal in a healthy and safe way and I am completely happy. I am not where I want to be in my goals but I sure as heck am not where I was. I look forward to sharing my progress with everyone <3
Why I Love It:
I have just recently discovered the joy of weight-training. When I was struggling with my ED I never touched a weight in fear of bulking up but I have found a new joy in weight training and setting and meeting goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilders.com is a great inspiration just looking at all of the transformations is motivation enough. But I also keep a motivational journal with pics of progress and inspirational photos
BB Accomplishments:
Finished Round ONE of P90X....Now it is on to my second round! Classic version...here I come =D

As most of you know I have been doing P90X for about 72 days now...and you come to learn alot about yourself and your commitment level when you set a goal to accomplish. There are alot of things I have come to understand in these past 2.5 months or so but I want to share just one of them with...
Seems my SAD (Seasonal Acquired Depression) is back and I'm not so happy when the sun is gone for 2 or more days. Lucky me, both this weekend and last had at least one day with lots of Sun! Shayla and I are taking as much "out" as good weather allows. Hope you are feeling Great today!

when the movivation goes, try remembering how good you felt when you worked out and eat well on a daily basis and made it into a little habit. When you do that, it makes it easier to get back on the horse.
I've come a ways, but I don't think I'm being hard enough on myself. I need to work harder. I've been sick for a month though, and now I'm better, so getting back on track and going to work hard. :)

You look so great! I love your progress pics!!!! I finally just ordered P90X-I am just having such a hard time getting to the gym and home again by 7am! At least with this I can do it while the kids nap if I cannot get it done in the am-I am so excited to get it and start!
Its been great having him back! The reunion was AMAZING! lol. but unfortunetly I'm not doing well anymore :(
I've gained about 12 lbs in the past 4 weeks. I've had some medical problems, and I've been eating like crap. I havent been able to workout the past 2 weeks. UGH. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm eating clean again, I think I just need to wait for it to happen again. How have you been? Your stats and pics are AWESOME GIRL! Keep it up!
