How I Started:
For years I struggled with an eating disorder...yoyoing from 118lbs-135lbs, I was completely unhappy and unhealthy. 3 years ago I was admitted into a rehabilitation out-patient clinic to treat my ED and have steadily packed on the pounds over the last three years. This past new year I had to take a long hard look at myself and I found bodybuilders.com. For the first time I am working toward a weight loss goal in a healthy and safe way and I am completely happy. I am not where I want to be in my goals but I sure as heck am not where I was. I look forward to sharing my progress with everyone <3
Why I Love It:
I have just recently discovered the joy of weight-training. When I was struggling with my ED I never touched a weight in fear of bulking up but I have found a new joy in weight training and setting and meeting goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilders.com is a great inspiration just looking at all of the transformations is motivation enough. But I also keep a motivational journal with pics of progress and inspirational photos
BB Accomplishments:
Finished Round ONE of P90X....Now it is on to my second round! Classic version...here I come =D

Seems my SAD (Seasonal Acquired Depression) is back and I'm not so happy when the sun is gone for 2 or more days. Lucky me, both this weekend and last had at least one day with lots of Sun! Shayla and I are taking as much "out" as good weather allows. Hope you are feeling Great today! : ) Fazer

when the movivation goes, try remembering how good you felt when you worked out and eat well on a daily basis and made it into a little habit. When you do that, it makes it easier to get back on the horse.

I've come a ways, but I don't think I'm being hard enough on myself. I need to work harder. I've been sick for a month though, and now I'm better, so getting back on track and going to work hard. :) ~L~

You look so great! I love your progress pics!!!! I finally just ordered P90X-I am just having such a hard time getting to the gym and home again by 7am! At least with this I can do it while the kids nap if I cannot get it done in the am-I am so excited to get it and start!

Its been great having him back! The reunion was AMAZING! lol. but unfortunetly I'm not doing well anymore :( I've gained about 12 lbs in the past 4 weeks. I've had some medical problems, and I've been eating like crap. I havent been able to workout the past 2 weeks. UGH. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm eating clean again, I think I just need to wait for it to happen again. How have you been? Your stats and pics are AWESOME GIRL! Keep it up!
