VERY COOL!Like when people get them for those reasons.....and thanks for the comp....my w/o's have been going great.....very strong 2 weeks...Did a twice/day 2day....usually get 1 or two of those in a week...all 5-6 other days...just once....don't take a day off unless I'm out of town..but usually 1-2 of the days I go a little lighter...don't want to O.T. And how have urs been? :)
