My forearms are exploding and I hardly ever work them. They get get worked mostly through my compound exercises I do and the occasional isolation exercises.

This was taken after 4 weeks into my new training routine. Still have 9 more weeks 2 go and can't wait for the final results. Lost 12 lbs of fat and gained 5-6 lbs. of lean, hard muscle already.

I've gained at least 1/4" on my forearms in less than a month. This program I'm on is getting me massive gains in all areas, quads, calves, shoulders, chest, etc. New pics coming soon!

Forearms....more like Fivearms ;~D

I hardly work my forearms but they have really increased in the last two months.
