Overall Goal: To obtain absoulte physical perfection an to inspire others from every age, race, genre to do the same....To help others lead a healthy, meaningful lifestyle and let nothing nor noone stand in their way of fullfilling their utmost dreams, goals, and
Fit Status:
I'm doing very well and looking forward to gaining even more mass in the nxt few months
I always wanted to work out consistently. I lived in TN for several years and did not have access to a gym at least not locally. I was only 175lbs then in 2000. I moved to TX and immediatley began working out. I gained most my weight from 2003-2006 gaining 100 lbs. Good and bad weight. Was tired of being called skinny!
Why I Love It:
The fact that you control your body. You can literally transform your body into what you want if you have your mind, body, heart and soul in it. There is nothing like being pumped up and having people compliment you or ask you for hints, techniques, training and exercise, or nutritional routines. I love it. I also love and enjoy the fact that I'm bettering myself and my friends/clients that I help with their routines and workouts. Who doesn't want to live longer ya know?
How I Stay Motivated:
At first it was hard. It took me awhile in the beginning because I didn't have the knowledge of what I know now nor the focus. Now since I've matured and studied alot I always stay motivated, and even if I feel tired or sluggish as soon as I start my first set of my first exercise I get focused "in the zone." I know to push myself and get the most out of my workouts. My Intensity stays with me 100%+
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining over 100 lbs from a scrawny 175lbs to a muscled up, low fat 282lbs.
The first time I benched over 300lbs was a nice accomplishment, as well as the first time clearing the whole DB rack. Helping my friends and clients lose weight, gain muscle, better their lives. My major accomplishments are still coming because after I achieve a fitness goal I always have at least 2-10 more things I want to accomplish. It will never end.
My forearms are exploding and I hardly ever work them. They get get worked mostly through my compound exercises I do and the occasional isolation exercises.
To obtain absoulte physical perfection an to inspire others from every age, race, genre to do the same....To help others lead a healthy, meaningful lifestyle and let nothing nor noone stand in their way of fullfilling their utmost dreams, goals, and
Goal (Long):
My short term goals are daily. I usually write them down before I go to sleep the night before. Each day before I ever even think of stepping a foot in the gym I visualize my workout. The intensity is unbelievable. Whatever it takes to get me in the right mindset and focus. Be it thinking back when I was extremely thin, weaker, and skinnier to Arnold himself over me telling me
(more like screaming!lol) 2 more reps no matter what! Anyway, my short term goal is to do my best daily and really make the most and give beyond 100% each time I go to the gym. My biggest critique is myself. I KNOW when I did not give it my all. Anyway, not to bore you all, but that is my short term go because if I fulfill this each and every day it makes my long term goals accomplished sooner and my dreams attainable quicker. "Never ending perfection"
I've been good. I'm starting to work out again when I can and the eating is going well. I'm trying yo develop some consistency with my workout times. I do a little every day instead of a lot, 3 times a week.
No prob man and don't worry my inner fire is always blazing stong, my mind is constantly aflame with passion and drive to better myself in all ways take care and train hard
My wife freaked when I told her that you talk to Ava Cowan here and on myspace. We saw her last night on MTV's "Made". Please ask her to check out my wife's bodyspace. She is Felony88 and is on my friends list.
