Background

When I Started: Feb 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting weights and doing weight training when I started playing football in high school. Even though I quit playing football about a year and a half into it I kept up the weight lifting.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love weight lifting because I love getting stronger and making progress and maintaining that progress.
