How I Started:
I`ve been a martial artist for 38 years.I am 5th Dan (Associate Professor)in Kenpo Karate.In 1995,I decided to try and gain more muscle mass and hit the weights.I had great results.Then,in 1997,my son was killed in an auto crash on his 22nd birthday and I never hit the weights until Feb. 2009.Fortunately,I have always trained in martial arts.
Why I Love It:
I feel great afterwards.In my everyday work and activities it has helped so much.It is the hardest work I do during the week.People that do not do it do not realize the hard work it is.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing from my past how it will help me mentally as well as physically.My goal is...well,at 52,this is my biggest comeback.I can do it!
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained strength and stamina.My core strength has increased incredibly.I feel great all around.
