By the time I turn 43, which is almost a year, I want to be ripped. As my stats say currently at 262 with 27% bf. I have @ 194 lbs. of lbm. I want to get to @ 10% BF. I would love to be single digit, but we'll see. My goal is to also maintain my muscle mass. In the past I've lost weight, but my body likes to burn muscle first. I want to be @ 205 at under 10% by next June! Who knows if all goes well maybe step on the stage for the 1st time or be so ripped that I can become one of secondfocuses stars!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 60 lb
