Im not going to say different I was fat, alittle pudge more but not much. I couldn't run for more then a min. The way I was going I was going to have a heart attack or stroke. The destructive life stlye I was leading I would not live another ten years. I went to the store everyday and my hunger for this discusting food would keep growing and growing. In one sitting I would have a big bag of chips and 1liter bottle of pop, a package of three twinkes, two hotrodes a chocolate bar and maybe some ice
cream. "EVERYDAY". And I wonderd why know one was interested in me. Almost tiping the scale at 300LBS. One day I picked up a copy of MuscelMag and couldn't put it down. Its been seven months more and I love it.
Why I Love It:
Trying to push my body to the limit. Knowing that I can get my body a sertain way. This sport just makes you a better person physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking what i can look like if i keep it up. The looks Im starting to get help a little as well. One day i would like to become a police officer.
