How I Started:
Was tired of being a typical skinny asian, after my the help of my friends I started getting bigger and bigger and now I am where I am at.
During this summer of 09, I reached my max bench of 255 and the end of July I tore my chest muscle and my tricep muscles, and I am still healing. Now I am benching a plate.. and trying to do as much as I can for my triceps.
Why I Love It:
It gives me perspective, and it really makes people look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at members of bodybuilding.com and the people at my gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 2 plates, trying to get to 3 now after my chest tear!
